A longer, premium handmade loaf, designed primarily for catering, containing freshly ground linseed and sunflower seeds and is also free from gluten, dairy, wheat, grain, soy and nuts. Due to the delicious tasting soft texture and good keeping qualities this loaf is perfect for sandwiches and keeps soft for the whole week. It can also be frozen and thawed for use as sandwiches. Any excess can be refrozen, meaning minimal wastage.
