A handmade gourmet loaf freshly ground brown rice, fresh carrot, honey and extra virgin olive oil with a subtle taste of fennel seeds. This loaf Lends itself to savoury toppings such as cheeses, tomatoes, pates and compliments savoury dishes such as fish and side serving with eggs. However, it also is delicious as a breakfast toast with jams and marmalades.
